Arnfried Klein-Werner has been involved in motivating and training individuals and teams since 1987. He has a degree in Psychology and Information Systems from UNISA. He also has a background in sales and marketing.

Through personal experience and study he has become a specialist on principles that promote maximized performance, and has applied this knowledge to help individuals, teams and organizations to achieve.

He has written various workbooks on applying success principles, to empower individuals with the secrets that lead to personal and professional success.

He has been a professional keynote speaker and trainer since 1998.
